How to Queue Downloads in Google Chrome

Google Chrome has not yet solved its problem and issues with the download manager. However, they have tweaked its design but still, there are lots of problems as you can not queue downloads, limit download speed, schedule and sort downloads. Recently we talked about sorting downloads in Chrome by file type and changing default download folder as well. Both these tips does not help you when it comes to throttling and queuing downloads in your Chrome browser. There is an extension to completely solve any issue regarding Google Chrome's download manager, an extension called Chrono completely replaces Google Chrome's default download manager with a better and improved one.

How to Queue downloads in Google Chrome

To queue downloads first download Chrono extension from below link. Once an extension is install go to general settings and change Concurrent downloads to one. Afterwards, add two or more downloads, and they will be downloaded one by one. You can choose to add new downloads at the top of the list and play with settings according to your requirement.
As far there is no perfect download manager extension to replace external download manager completely, but these are good alternatives for Chrome users or those who don't like to use standalone download manager program. This extension has some useful feature that every user will love to have like notification on completion of downloads, queuing them and some other small feature as well.
